Marissa K. Zalasky defends and counsels employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including on issues of discrimination, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Marissa’s experience includes representing companies in employment litigation, investigating claims of discrimination, counseling on employment policies and workforce matters, and performing diligence in the context of corporate transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she was an associate in the labor and employment group of an international law firm.
While in law school, Marissa was a judicial intern for Judge Gene E.K. Pratter in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served in the Duke Law Health Justice Clinic.
