Mark A. Feller practices civil litigation in federal and state courts with experience in a variety of areas including securities and consumer class actions, shareholder disputes, and environmental litigation. He has advised clients in the oil and gas, automotive and technology industries throughout the United States, including in California, Texas, Florida, Delaware, and Colorado.

Mark previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Nancy F. Atlas of the US District Court of the Southern District of Texas in Houston and participated in a volunteer prosecutor program where he tried eight jury trials in Houston Municipal Court. Mark has an active pro bono practice and has advised indigent clients in obtaining a divorces, expunging criminal records, and pursuing legal immigration status.
