Maryann Zaki is a commercial litigator who helps clients resolve disputes in state and federal courts. Maryann regularly assists clients in the defense of various disputes including breach of contract, product liability, toxic tort, intellectual property, employment, and personal injury cases. Most recently, Maryann has assisted with the representation of a client involved in nationwide product liability litigation. Maryann has been named as a Texas Rising Star for three consecutive years in 2019–2021, and a Texas Women’s Rising Star in 2020.

Represented oil and gas companies against personal injury Jones Act claims.
Obtained favorable settlement in case involving several unpaid invoices for medical imaging equipment.
Represented mortgage servicing companies in state and federal courts and successfully won dismissals in claims alleging wrongful foreclosure.
Participated in the filing of an involuntary bankruptcy, and represented creditors in bankruptcy matters.
Prevailed on appeal of temporary injunction and in mandamus actions in breach of contract case at the Houston Fourteenth Court of Appeals.
