Mary Pat Stahler focuses her practice on defending employers in labor and employment matters, including discrimination claims, class and collective actions, and retaliation claims. Mary Pat has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including fact and expert discovery, electronic discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice and argument, evidentiary hearings, and appellate briefing.
Mary Pat is also committed to pro bono work. She has helped individuals obtain Protection from Abuse Orders and has represented religious organizations challenging certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act.
Mary Pat has experience with multidistrict litigation, having clerked for Judge Eduardo C. Robreno, who oversees MDL-875, In Re: Asbestos Products Liability Litigation in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
While attending law school, Mary Pat served as managing editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
