Matthew Ladd represents clients in government investigations and enforcement actions and in white collar civil litigation. Matt has represented individuals and organizations across a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, environmental, insurance, retail, and higher education. He has defended clients in connection with government investigations arising under the False Claims Act, Securities Act, and Exchange Act, among other federal laws.

Matt also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a Jamaican LGBTQ client in asylum proceedings before US Citizenship and Immigration Services and representing a public housing tenant seeking repairs and rent abatement from the New York City Housing Authority.
