Max Bernstein is part of our team of lawyers that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The group also represents employers facing class and collective action litigation as well as single-plaintiff cases before US state and federal courts.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Max was an associate for an international labor and employment law firm. He concentrated his practice on single-plaintiff employment litigation, class and collective actions, and trade secret, noncompetition, and nondisclosure matters in state and federal courts. Prior to his firm experience, Max clerked for Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
