Melina R. DiMattio represents US and international clients in high-stakes antitrust and commercial litigation, including class actions. Melina has experience with all phases of the litigation process, from pre-complaint investigations through trial and appeals. She also has experience counseling clients on litigation risks and antitrust compliance. Melina has knowledge across a broad range of industries, with a recent focus on working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Melina is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Melina clerked for Judge Norma L. Shapiro of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Defending a pharmaceutical manufacturer in antitrust class actions challenging patent listings in FDA’s Orange Book pertaining to ACTOS.
Defending generic pharmaceutical supplier in multidistrict price-fixing cases.
Defending a leading vaccine manufacturer against putative class action alleging Sherman Act Section 2 violations and related state law claims.
