Michaela Goldstein represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action litigation. Michaela has successfully litigated and favorably resolved cases involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, as well as wage and hour cases, including representative and class actions. She also advises and counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues including discipline and terminations, the interactive process, reasonable accommodations, personnel policies, and other wage and hour compliance issues. Michaela is admitted in California only, and her practice is supervised by New Jersey bar members.
