Michael T. Campbell counsels clients in business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, spinoffs, and general corporate governance. Mike advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as private strategic buyers and sellers. His clients range from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mike was an associate in the Philadelphia office of another major law firm.

Mike received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton School. While in law school, he served as associate editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change. In business school, Mike was selected as a McNulty Leadership Program Venture Fellow. In that role, he served as a coach and facilitator for student teams through the mountain desert of Atacama, Chile on an expedition focused on teamwork, leadership, and decision-making.
Prior to completing his J.D. and M.B.A., Mike worked as the special assistant to the CEO of a leading community development financial institution in Philadelphia.
