Michael W. Fakhoury represents clients in the areas of complex civil litigation, antitrust, securities, and class action defense. He handles all phases of litigation for clients in a variety of industries. Michael also maintains an active pro bono practice. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he was an associate in the litigation practice of another global law firm. Michael previously served as a law clerk to Judge Victoria A. Roberts of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. 

While in law school, Michael worked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Facebook, Inc., served as the editor-in-chief on Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, and was a representative on Georgetown’s pro bono advisory board.

Michael is also a member of the firm's Middle Eastern North African Lawyer Network.
