Michael C. Polovich serves labor and employment clients with a variety of services. Michael’s work covers everything from general labor and employment counseling to class action representation to single-plaintiff matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael worked for a state Attorney General, where he maintained an extensive appellate practice, including successfully arguing a case before the state Supreme Court. Additionally, Michael handled trial work in state and federal courts.
Outside of his practice, Michael has extensive involvement with trial advocacy. In college and law school, Michael competed in both mock trial and moot court, winning numerous team and individual accolades. He also served for five years as the head coach for Vanderbilt’s college mock trial program, leading them to a 6th place finish at the national championship. Michael worked as an adjunct law professor at Vanderbilt, overseeing the mock trial board and working with the law school’s mock trial program. Currently he remains involved with trial advocacy, serving on multiple committees for the American Mock Trial Association.
