Michael Welch concentrates his practice in the areas of structured finance and securitization, representing issuers, underwriters, and other securitization participants in connection with mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities offerings. Michael previously worked in the real estate division at a major financial institution.
Michael attended George Mason School of Law and received an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law School.
