Michael Zaslow advises clients on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions (including spin-offs and other divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations), private equity, venture capital investments, and general corporate law matters. Michael represents clients across diverse industries, including aviation, technology, energy, consumer goods, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael was an associate in the New York office of another major international law firm. He was previously the director of non-traditional revenue for a Philadelphia-area retail franchise.
