Michele Ventura represents employers in various industries in labor and employment matters. Michele has experience in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts, including fact discovery, electronic discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice and argument, evidentiary hearings, trial preparation, and appellate briefing. She has litigated individual actions as well as nationwide class actions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michele handled diverse commercial disputes in the litigation department of a national law firm.
Michele also has experience with multidistrict litigation. As a law clerk for US District Judge Eduardo C. Robreno, she oversaw the administration of the product liability MDL assigned to Judge Robreno.
