Financial institutions and corporate borrowers turn to Marc R. Leduc for advice with a variety of US and international commercial finance transactions. Marc focuses his practice on syndicated debt financings, asset-based and multinational credit facilities, and domestic and international debt workouts and restructurings. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Marc served as a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.
Marc’s primary focus is representing commercial banks and finance companies in secured and unsecured financings, as well as US and international holding and operating companies as borrowers. Marc has been lead counsel to agents and arrangers in acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, debtor-in-possession and bankruptcy exit credit facilities, and employee stock ownership plan–related financings. He works with credit facilities providing general corporate and working capital funds to borrowers. Marc also represents both financing sources and companies across a wide range of industries in debt workout and restructuring transactions.
Marc’s transactional experience encompasses a wide variety of sectors, from traditional industries such as manufacturing, retail, transportation, and financial services, to emerging technologies. He represents lenders and companies transacting business throughout the world, including Europe, Latin America, Australia, and North America.
