Michael E. Nissim counsels state pension plans, investment managers, funds of funds, and other institutional investors in connection with investments in private investment funds including private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds. In addition, he represents buyers and sellers of interests in the secondary market. Mike’s practice also includes representing private equity funds in fund structuring, formation, capital raising, and ongoing operations.
