Morgan L. Richman is a commercial transactions lawyer concentrating largely on technology, outsourcing, indirect and direct procurement and supply chain matters and their application in a number of industries including consumer packaged goods, marketing, advertising, retail, beauty and entertainment.
Morgan drafts and negotiates a wide variety of agreements including for software licensing, consulting and professional services, software as a service (SaaS), application and website development, hardware and equipment purchases and leases, manufacturing, supply and distribution.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Morgan worked in-house at News America Marketing (NAM), a subsidiary of News Corp, and The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. (Estee Lauder). During her time at NAM, Morgan negotiated marketing and advertising sales agreements. While at Estee Lauder, Morgan supported the company’s supply chain and technology functions on a global basis providing executive level counsel on strategies, creating and implementing policies and procedures and supporting their contract requirements. Her efforts at Estee Lauder earned her department’s Leading from Every Chair Award in 2016.
