Meredith E. Riccio represents and counsels clients on labor and employment matters that include individual and class action litigation arising under the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other statutes and regulations. She works with clients in the education, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer products, and manufacturing industries.
Meredith is active in pro bono work and assists clients in areas including civil rights, employment, immigration, education, and veterans’ affairs. While in law school, she served as vice president of the Myra Bradwell Association for Women Law Students and as a teaching assistant for legal writing classes.
