Mirna Villegas is part of a team of lawyers representing management in a wide range of employment and labor law matters. Clients turn to Mirna for counsel on matters related to wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. While attending law school, Mirna externed with Judge Laughlin Waters of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
While in law school, Mirna was named a Joseph Drown Foundation Scholar and was selected as a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. Fluent in Spanish, she was also an associate editor for the Chicano Latino Law Review. Before entering the legal field, she worked as a bilingual elementary school teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
