Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she was a law clerk to Judge Carla E. Craig in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

• Represents Samson Energy Company LLC and affiliated entities in defense of a multi-billion-dollar fraudulent transfer case brought by the litigation trustee in the Samson Resources bankruptcy case
• Represents non-insider shareholder in fraudulent transfer action brought by creditor trust in Opioid MDT II v. Argos Capital et al. in connection with Mallinckrodt PLC bankruptcy proceeding
• Represented non-insider shareholders in fraudulent transfer action brought by debtors in Sears Holdings Corp. v. Tisch
• Represented unsecured noteholders in the bankruptcy case of Ultra Petroleum in the litigation of over $320 million in claims related to payment of make-whole premiums and post-petition default rate interest
• Represented the official committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings of Corp Group Banking S.A. 
• Represented the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Covia chapter 11 cases involving the restructuring of $2 billion of claims, which resulted in a confirmed Plan of Reorganization that incorporated a settlement providing for payment of over $30 million to unsecured creditors
• Represented defendant in preference/avoidance action brought by the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee and the Special Claims Committee of the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico as co-trustees of the commonwealth in its Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act (PROMESA) Title III reorganization proceeding
