Nancy N. Barr devotes her practice to matters involving the civil False Claims Act (FCA), the best known whistleblower statute. As a member of the firm’s FCA practice, Nancy assists in advising and representing clients on the full spectrum of FCA and qui tam issues that arise in connection with compliance, investigations, and litigation. She writes on FCA developments for a comprehensive treatise on the FCA, published semi-annually, as well as on FCA-related topics for other publications, articles, and presentations.
Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked on FCA matters at another global law firm.
