Nawal K. Maalouf concentrates her practice on US federal and international tax planning matters. Nawal represents a wide range of clients including public and private companies,investment funds,financial institutions, private equity and corporate investors, nonprofit organizations, qualified opportunity funds,and individual clients. She advises on a variety of domestic and international transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formation, private and public securities issuances, investments into qualified opportunity zones, nonprofit formation and governance, and private client matters.
Nawal serves on the pro bono committee for the Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nawal was an associate in the New York office of another major international law firm.
