Neaha P. Raol has experience handling complex civil litigation with a focus on civil fraud enforcement matters, including the False Claims Act (FCA) and Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act (FIRREA). Her practice also includes advising and supporting clients on internal and government investigations and managing due diligence on government contracting issues in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint venture transactions, as well as representing clients in commercial disputes.
Neaha represents clients in the financial services, healthcare, government contracts, aerospace and defense, and real estate development industries. Along with her experience in state and federal court for FCA and FIRREA litigation and commercial disputes, she has experience with both challenges to and defenses of contract awards at the US Government Accountability Office and the US Court of Federal Claims. Neaha also maintains an active pro bono practice, serving as counsel to individuals in litigation initiated by or brought against the government.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Neaha was an associate in the FCA and FIRREA practice and the government contracts practice at another global law firm.
Neaha received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina. Before attending law school, she worked as a fund financial associate and analyst at The Vanguard Group.
