Nick’s clients include private equity, banking, and financial services entities, as well as organizations pursuing insurance recovery actions, and joint venture disputes in a wide variety of sectors. He handles cases involving the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and matters under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.
Nick also represents clients before the Commercial Court, the Chancery Division of the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court (formerly the Judicial Committee of the House of Lords) in London.
