Nicholas Passaro’s antitrust practice ranges from regulatory counseling on mergers and acquisitions before federal, state, and international competition authorities, to private antitrust litigation in US federal and state courts. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nicholas worked as an antitrust associate at another major international law firm in New York.
