Nicole A. Escobar

Nicole Escobar focuses her practice on domestic and international business transactions. She counsels institutional investors in connection with investments in a variety of private funds, including private equity, venture capital, credit funds, hedge funds, infrastructure, and real estate funds, as well as secondary market transactions and co-investments. Nicole also advises fund sponsors on a variety of general corporate law matters and business transactions, including equity investments, formation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, as well as ongoing operations and other legal and transactional matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Nicole was an associate in the corporate practice at another global law firm.
