Nicole Gow advises leading international fund managers and institutional investors on primary investments and secondary market purchases of interests in investment funds, with an industry focus on private equity and infrastructure. Nicole also advises on financial services regulatory issues in the investment funds industry. Clients include alternative investment fund managers, pension plans, sovereign wealth funds and banks.
Nicole’s regulatory experience includes advising on the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) regulatory regime.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Nicole was an associate in the London office of an international law firm, where she acted for a range of international financial institutions on transactional and financial services regulatory matters. Nicole was also seconded to two international banks where she worked on international M&A transactions and financial services regulatory issues.
