Nina Dutta focuses her practice on complex litigation and intellectual property, including trademark and copyright matters. She represents a wide range of clients in the technology and healthcare industries. She also assists pro bono clients in individual immigration matters and in immigration and civil rights impact litigation cases. While in law school, Nina served as a production editor and articles editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law.
Nina also brings an active background in life sciences and healthcare to her practice. Before law school, Nina was a medical researcher in the field of obstetrics & gynecology, with a focus on surgical intervention and assisted reproductive technology. As an undergraduate student, she studied the neuroscience of reward mechanisms and social attachment.
