Nina Dutta focuses her practice on litigation and intellectual property, including trademark and copyright matters. She represents a wide range of clients, with a focus on software and financial technology companies. She also assists pro bono clients on civil rights and immigration matters. While in law school, Nina served as a production editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law.
Nina also brings an active background in life sciences and healthcare to her practice. Before law school, Nina was a medical researcher in the field of obstetrics & gynecology, with a focus on surgical intervention and assisted reproductive technology. As an undergraduate student, she studied the neuroscience of reward mechanisms and social attachment.
