Noelia Martinez focuses on all aspects of EU competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, and State aid. She represents clients in proceedings before the European Commission and coordinates competition merger filings in different jurisdictions. Her experience spans various sectors including basic industries, chemicals, consumer goods, financial services, insurance, media, and restaurants. Noelia also works frequently with private equity clients.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Noelia worked for a leading Spanish law firm where she dealt with capital markets. She also spent a summer working for an Indian law firm as part of its corporate team.
