Oleg I. Berger concentrates his practice on international corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, and commercial dispute resolution. Oleg’s diverse clients include enterprises in the oil and gas, banking, insurance, life sciences, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), real estate, technology, and energy fields. He also represents strategic investors, including country, sector, and hedge funds, looking to make investments across industries in Russia and the former Soviet Republics.
Fluent in Russian, Oleg has experience representing Russian and international clients as both buyers and sellers with inbound and outbound transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Oleg was a partner in the corporate practice of another international law firm, where he chaired its international mergers and acquisitions practice. Before that, he spent several years with a multinational law firm in New York City, advising clients on capital markets and project finance transactions.
