Pauline Mutuc advises on a variety of transactions, including a wide range of asset-based lending, trade finance, leveraged finance and other general banking matters.  She frequently advises clients on cross-border financings in North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Pauline was an associate at an international law firm in London.  Pauline also previously spent six months on secondment at an investment bank.
