Pei Ching Ong litigates a broad variety of cases in Singapore and across Asia. Appearing regularly before the highest courts of Singapore, Pei Ching focuses on matters involving minority shareholder oppression, joint venture disputes, economic torts, trusts, professional negligence, defamation, and intellectual property. Clients benefit from her experience handling international banking disputes and her background managing investment fraud litigation. Pei Ching is fluent in Mandarin.
Pei Ching represents clients before the High Court of the Republic of Singapore and the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Singapore. She has been lead counsel for a successful appellant in a claim arising out of a breach of trust and tort of intimidation and tort of harassment, successfully overturning the trial judge’s findings of fact on behalf of her client.
She previously worked at an international bank where she managed litigation across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan related to one of the largest private Ponzi schemes in history.
