For more than 33 years, Peter R. Presented a workshop on Understanding Commercial Leases to more than 50 small business owners and hopeful entrepreneurs. The workshop was coordinated by two nonprofits, the Bronx-based Start Small, Think Big and the Brooklyn-based Business Outreach Center's Women's Center (July 2014).
