Peter C. Fulweiler Jr. advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs and strategic alliances), venture capital and emerging growth company investments, as well as general corporate and securities law matters. Peter advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he was an associate in the New York office of another major international law firm.

While in law school, Peter served as a notes editor on the Immigration Law Journal. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from The George Washington University, where he completed a double major in international affairs and economics and was selected to Phi Beta Kappa. Peter received special honors in recognition for his undergraduate economic thesis on unfair competition in the international trade regime.
