Philip Pence represents and counsels employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters. Philip’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including single plaintiff and class action claims.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Philip practiced management-side employment law at a law firm in central Illinois.
During law school, Philip was actively involved in the University of Illinois Law Review, serving as the Managing Notes and Comments Editor. Philip also participated in the Environmental Moot Court competition, and received the Best Oralist award.
