Philip Wyatt advises clients on a broad range of UK and international corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations, and venture capital. Phil completed his training contract at another global law firm, working in the corporate, financial services, financial restructuring, and employment departments. Prior to completing his training, Phil gained experience in the technology sector, working in two in-house legal roles at Brandwatch and Cloudreach.
