Her practice focuses on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities secured by auto loans and leases, mortgage loans, consumer loans and other assets. Priti also represents clients in connection with the structuring of commercial paper conduits, warehouse facilities, whole loan purchases and resecuritizations.
