Qian Nie advises clients on a full range of labor and employment law matters, including employment aspect of mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts, mass layoffs, dispute resolutions, employee compensation, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, and social security tax issues. Qian also assists clients in conducting internal investigations, training the workforce,
and establishing compliance programs. She has conducted cross-border internal involving allegations of FCPA/anticorruption, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, and sexual harassment.
Qian also has transaction work experience. In addition, Qian has worked as a legal counsel in a large multinational company and general counsel in a China-based company, and can better understand a corporate’s needs.
