Rachel E. Barnes counsels clients on various corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate governance, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. She supports clients ranging from emerging growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Having traveled to more than 15 countries around the world, Rachel uses her global perspective, education, and professional background to provide exceptional service tailored to fit her clients’ needs.
Rachel received her J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and her M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business with a concentration in entrepreneurship.
Rachel also has prior experience providing organizational and practice-specific support to lawyers on a wide range of global mobility and US-based corporate immigration matters.
