Rachael Catherine Chan focuses her practice on a range of litigation matters, including intellectual property, antitrust, and complex commercial and class actions. She represents clients in US federal and state courts, and before the US International Trade Commission (ITC). Her clients include companies in the life sciences, financial, telecommunications, semiconductors, retail, and computer software industries.
Through her pro bono work, Rachael represents refugees seeking asylum. She successfully gained asylum for individuals from Mongolia, Mexico, and Yemen. She also assists clients with U-Visa and adjustment of status applications.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Rachael was a patent litigation associate at an international law firm.
