Rebecca Lacher is part of a team of attorneys representing real estate owners and stakeholders in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate. Clients include national and international companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional lenders, private equity funds, pension funds, and advisers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rebecca handled complex commercial and real estate disputes in the litigation department of a national law firm.
Rebecca has a strong commitment to pro bono work, including representation of criminal defendants with the Innocence Project.
