Rebecca Yourstone focuses her practice on EU and UK competition law. She advises clients on a wide range of competition law matters, including merger control, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, as well as horizontal and vertical agreements. She has experience representing clients before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority, and antitrust authorities in other jurisdictions. Rebecca’s experience is diverse, having worked on behalf of a variety of distinguished clients from a number of industries including private equity, life sciences, technology, and telecommunications. Rebecca is admitted in Sweden only.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rebecca was an associate in the EU and competition law practice of another global law firm, resident in Brussels and London. She has also completed an internship as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition in the antitrust unit for IT, Internet, and Consumer electronics.
