Richard A. Roman counsels state pension plans, investment managers, private investment funds, and other institutional investors with their investments in domestic and international private investment funds.
Extended Profile
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Richard served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. He was involved in the prosecution and management of hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases from inception to disposition. He also has experience handling corporate and compliance matters while he served as Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer for a hedge fund with $4 billion in assets under management.
