Richard G. Shephard focuses his practice on representation of individuals and organizations in white collar litigation and government investigations. He has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail, communications, automotive, and government services. His work has centered on defense of clients in qui tam lawsuits and investigations arising under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and a variety of other provisions of federal and state law.
Prior to attending law school, Richard was a high school special-education and history teacher in Camden, NJ through Teach For America. Before attending college, Richard served in the US Marines as a non-commissioned officer.
