Ryan P. McCarthy focuses his practice on representing clients facing white collar litigation, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation. He has represented corporations and executives in a wide range of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, retail, technology, and financial services.
Ryan’s white collar work focuses on defense of clients in qui tam lawsuits and investigations arising under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and a variety of other provisions of federal and state law. With deep experience in life sciences and healthcare, Ryan has represented a wide range of clients, including leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, pharmacy benefit managers, and retail and specialty pharmacies.
Ryan maintains an active pro bono practice and serves on the Board of Directors of After School Activities Partnerships, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop and support high-quality after school activities and resources to empower youth and strengthen communities in Philadelphia.
