Robert A. Brundage handles civil appeals and writs and assists trial counsel with complex legal issues, dispositive motions, and jury instructions. He has handled diverse cases involving business disputes, product liability, class actions, federal preemption, employment, and other matters in the US Supreme Court; US Courts of Appeals for the Second, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits; Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit; California Supreme Court and every district of the California Court of Appeal; federal courts in the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California; and numerous state courts.
Robert is certified as specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
He also served as a law clerk to Judge John T. Noonan, Jr., of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
