Robin M. Lagorio represents employers in single-plaintiff and class action matters. Robin is a diligent advocate for clients facing allegations of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour violations. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she defended a broad range of clients, from proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies, in both administrative and judicial proceedings. Robin has won summary judgment and obtained dismissals for clients at the preliminary pleadings stage.
Robin volunteers her time with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Girls on the Run, and the Boston University Young Alumni Association. During law school, Robin served on the Moot Court Board as advocacy director, acted as president of the Youth Advocacy Association, and served as a tutor and teaching assistant for the Academic Support Program. Robin was selected as the Academic Excellence Award recipient for her graduating class in recognition for her contributions to the University of San Francisco School of Law.
