Rose’s practice includes representing private equity and syndicated banking lenders in connection with senior secured debt and second lien transactions. Her experience also includes pro-bono representation of a nonprofit corporation in corporate governance issues.
During law school, Rose worked as a Financial Assurances extern at SAG-AFTRA and as a judicial extern for Judge Gary Allen Feess of the US District Court. Prior to attending law school, Rose had a career in the entertainment industry and also worked in Austria and Spain handling English and Spanish-language matters for businesses abroad.
Rose holds a J.D., cum laude and with Corporate Concentration honors, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was named to the Order of the Coif as well as the St. Thomas More and Alpha Sigma Nu honor societies. She competed on the Transactional Negotiation Team and served as a developments editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Her article The Perrymander, Polarization, and Peyote v. Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act was published in 2014.
