Robert G. Robison guides private equity funds through acquisition activities, and counsels public and private companies through strategic acquisitions and divestiture transactions. Bob represents sponsors, strategic co-investors, and management in leveraged buyouts. He also advises clients on financial services transactions, as well as restructuring and workout transactions. Additionally, Bob represents several Asian and European enterprises on their strategic investment activities.
Bob’s cross-border work includes change-of-control acquisitions, minority investments, and joint venture transactions. He also counsels these companies on related corporate matters, such as trademark licensing, products distributions, and technology transfers.
