Frederick Thide


Frederick Thide represents leading financial institutions in a variety of US and international commercial finance transactions. Rick focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated debt financings, asset-based financings, and debt workouts and restructurings. While in law school, he interned for Judge William G. Young of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and served as a summer law intern at the FTC’s Bureau of Competition. Rick also worked as managing editor of the Boston College Law Review.
